Hi, we’re Shortbread and in 2023 we bought an old bank in the heart of Galashiels. Our goal is to give undergrads at the School of Textiles and Design a great place to stay, study and chill. There’s not much to see at the moment (unless you like diggers) but over the course of the next year, we’ll be creating a 10-bedroom boutique home from home.
